"Natural Cooking of Scotland is a business development initiative with the aim of improving the quality of food available to visitors to Scotland. Entries are invited from all sectors of the hospitality industry, such as restaurants, hotels, tearooms and pubs, which have used quality produce to drive their business forward.
The judges are looking for evidence of Scottish produce being well cooked and presented within a welcoming and customer-friendly environment. Most importantly, they will want to know how businesses are bringing in more customers as a result of adopting the Natural Cooking of Scotland approach." |
