The Coll Hotel offers food from bar snacks to gourmet delights which you may eat in the garden, bar, lounge bar or Gannet Restaurant.
The success of our food is based on the abundance of quality local produce, whether it is from the sea or land. Where ever possible we use fresh Coll vegetables, herbs, meats, fish and shellfish.
